How long does it take for my purchase to be shipped?

Made to Order Items

Any made to order items take 2-4 weeks production time and will be shipped as soon as they are ready using the default express AusPost unless stated during the purchase of the item. 

Standard turnaround time is under 2 weeks however this does fluctuate week to week with order volume. 

Stocked Items

Items that are in stock will be processed and shipped in 1-3 business days.

Australian Orders

Express Parcel AusPost - 1-5 Days within Australia

Standard Parcel Auspost - 3-10 Days within Australia

Priority Letter Auspost - 1-6 Days within Australia 

Standard Letter AusPost - 2-10 Days within Australia

International Orders

All international orders are sent with AusPost.

Standard Parcel Postage - 7-31 Days

Express Parcel Postage - 7-21 Days

US Duties
These are covered within the price of the items and will be prepaid before shipment. 

Rest of World

We do not cover any import taxes or duties, These are the responsibility of the customer to be aware of and pay for on any order.
